Warranty Coverage

Our power tools are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five years from the date of purchase. Batteries and chargers are covered for two years. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship
  • Motor failures under normal operating conditions
  • Battery cell defects and charging failures within the warranty period
  • Electronic component failures including REDLINK PLUS systems
  • Gearbox and transmission defects
  • Chuck and collet malfunctions
  • Trigger and switch failures
  • Housing cracks and structural defects not caused by impact

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by abuse, negligence, or improper use
  • Normal wear and tear from regular professional use
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, scuffs, or fading
  • Damage from drops, impacts, or accidents
  • Modifications or alterations made to the product
  • Improper repairs or maintenance performed by unauthorized personnel
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or solvents
  • Consumable items such as blades, bits, belts, and brushes (on brushed models)

Battery-Specific Warranty

Batteries and chargers are covered against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. Normal degradation of battery capacity over time is expected and not covered. Batteries that fail to charge, hold a charge, or show physical defects such as swelling or leakage are covered. For optimal battery life, store batteries in a cool, dry place and avoid complete discharge when possible.

Tool-Specific Warranty

Cordless power tools are covered for five years against material and workmanship defects. This includes POWERSTATE brushless motor failures, REDLINK PLUS electronic malfunctions, and gearbox defects. Normal wear of external grips, labels, and cosmetic items is expected and not covered.

Outdoor Power Equipment Warranty

Outdoor power equipment including lawn mowers, chainsaws, blowers, and trimmers are covered for three years against material and workmanship defects. Cutting attachments such as chains, blades, and trimmer line are considered consumables and are not covered.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us through our Contact page with the following information:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Clear photos of the defect
  • Description of how the defect occurred
  • Your preferred resolution (repair, replacement, or refund)

Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days and respond with instructions. If the claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for the defective item.

Warranty Resolution

For approved warranty claims, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product
  • Replace the product with the same or comparable item
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Replacement items will be shipped free of charge. If the original item is discontinued, we will offer a comparable replacement or refund.

Care Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, products must be cared for according to our care guidelines:

  • Power Tools: Clean exterior with a dry cloth after use. Store in a dry environment. Do not expose to rain or excessive moisture.
  • Batteries: Charge only with compatible chargers. Store at moderate temperatures. Do not disassemble or puncture.
  • Outdoor Equipment: Clean debris after each use. Check and tighten fasteners regularly. Sharpen or replace blades as needed.
  • Grinders and Saws: Inspect guards and safety features before each use. Use only recommended accessories.

Failure to follow care instructions may void warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
